Equipment Reconditioning
CODEMA's facilities, just north of Minneapolis,
MN allow us to recondition numerous types of milling and
processing equipment. We can source used machinery from
around the world, from our own warehouse, or you can ship
us your own worn-out equipment for complete overhaul services.

Reconditioned machinery leaves
our factory in a "near new" condition. In many
cases, bearings are replaced, metal surfaces are sandblasted,
filled and re-painted, and mechanical parts are all inspected
and replaced, if necessary. The result is an easy and
cost-effective way to increase the life of your capital
equipment. |
In cases where replacement parts are no longer manufactured, we may
be able to duplicate and/or fabricate them in our on-premises
machine shop. Shafts, pulleys and bearings are checked
for condition and replaced if necessary. Drives are re-engineered
for the proper speed/ rotation of the new processing
requirements of the machine.
If necessary, we can modify equipment to adapt to
existing physical constraints in your plant. We also
match your plant's color scheme and/ or OSHA safety
colors from finishes including the European RAL system.
Enamels, Epoxies, Polyurethanes, varnishes, etc. are
all used to bring life back to tired, old processing
machines.
Please let us know if you have any special requirements
and we'll do our best to quote you on custom replacement
parts. |
