The automatic packing machines in the  "PACK" series are manufactured using only the finest quality components and materials in order to guarantee a perfect finished product, both in terms of strength and reliability.

The main mechanical parts are enclosed in an airtight chamber and constantly lubricated by an oil bath.

All the functions can be easily programmed through an on-board control panel which has its own soft-touch keyboard and LCD display.  the display shows all the working parameters as well as the production rate of the packer.

The "PACK" series machines are designed & built to the very highest standards and conform to CE regulations concerning health & safety in the workplace.

DOSING/FILLING SYSTEMS:

Depending on the type of product to be packed, the machines can be fitted with various types of volumetric doser:

• Volumetric auger doser model DVC:  for powder or floury products.
• Volumetric telescopic cups doser model DVT:  for free-flowing granular products
• Electronic weighing system: for special products.

BAG CLOSING METHODS:

Once the bag is filled it can be closed using one of the following types of closure:

• HOT MELT: applied on the top of the bag by means of a rotating mechanical disk dispenser.  the bag closure can either be with foldover and glue down (brick fashion) or by a fin style closure (gable top) without fold.
• HEAT SEAL: using a heat sealable bag with a PE inner, the closure can be a heat seal type, gable top finish
• SEWING: by employing an automatic stitching head it's possible to obtain a stitched closure (gable top) without fold.
