The new series of collating units models FPF /FPZ can either be used to compliment the upstream packing lines or alternatively they can be used as single, independent units of collating and shrink tunnel together.
Designed and built to automatically form bundles from single bags (other packaging materials on request), the units then place the shrink film around the bundle before automatically conveying the completed bundle through the shrink tunnel.
The final product is a compact bundle which is easy to palletise or transport.
All of the movements have been suitably studied in order not to alter the quality of the finished packet when passing through the shrink tunnel. |
